Really important

This actually feels really important to me.

The link is to a picture I did in 2011 and, at the time, it felt like it was one of my best works. I must have spent three hours in it with my utmost focus just to make it look like that. 
Today, I make this picture in no more than 1 hour+ (The scales are a different story).
I don't know. I guess the point I'm trying to get to is that don't give up. I've seen a lot of people give up their art pursuits recently because they feel frustrated or that their just not good enough. I wanted to say never give up. You don't get better overnight and everyone faces their artblocks and feelings of inferiority to other artists. Hang in there!

I don't know if this applies to any of you, it was just something I wanted to talk about.
